Your products will ship within two days of your order, and then take up to two weeks to reach your doorstep. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order within  business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays. Due to increasing demand and COVID-19 related closures, we may also experience delays in overall delivery time.
What's your return policy?
Customers who shop on the Beauty Lightworker website may return UNOPENED and UNUSED products within 7 days of purchase for an exchange or refund. Beauty Lightworker cannot accept returned products that have been opened or used.
Any products ordered via the Beauty Lightworker website that meet the requirements stated above will need to be returned to Beauty Lightworker at the customer’s expense for the return to be processed.
Beauty Lightworker will not refund or provide a refund on any freight/delivery costs incurred by the customer, nor will it accept returns that have not been authorized by us.
What happens if I receive the wrong item?
To start a return, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org make sure you include your details with information about your purchase. We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Do you offer exchanges?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
